Introduction meeting
We find a no-strings-attached introduction meeting very useful, so we can get to know each other. Also to gain insight into your wishes in terms of look & feel. In addition, to go through your provisional planning of the day or even the script.

Agreement
If everything is satisfactory after the conversation and the date is available, we take it one step further. As soon as you have given us a written confirmation, we will send the agreement. This also includes our general terms and conditions and privacy statement. You may sign these and return them to us by post or e-mail. We require a 50% deposit. After this, the wedding date is officially fixed. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 7 days before the wedding.

Script
4 weeks before the big day, we would like to receive your final script + all addresses and contact details of the master of ceremonies. Your master of ceremonies is our point of contact on the day itself. This way you can really focus on the day, we have already discussed your wishes in detail.

Transport
We have our own means of transport. That is why we would appreciate it if you could inform us about the parking facilities at the different locations.

*In addition, we charge 0.25 cents per kilometer, allowance. For trips outside the Netherlands, the entire travel and accommodation costs are not included in the package price.

Delivery
After your wedding day, we will start working on the photo and video material. It takes 4 to 6 weeks before you receive everything in HD. But we will send 10 photos in the week after the wedding so you can already take a look!

RAW footage
It is possible to get the RAW footage of the videos. We charge €600 for this.
